IBC High Speed Mixer / Container Agitator for 1000 Litre IBC

Article number: IBC-0110-2PK

Powerful. Flexible. Safe.

The IBC high speed mixer IBC-0110-2PK has been specifically designed for turbulent yet controlled mixing of low-viscosity liquids up to 600 mPas (density up to 1.2 kg/l).

Its sophisticated design, high-quality materials and powerful drive technology make this container agitator perfectly suited for standard 1000-litre IBC containers.

Technical Highlights

Drive Unit

• Powerful 0.75 kW IE3 three-phase motor
• Speed: 1,415 rpm – ideal for fast and uniform mixing
• Voltage: 3-phase, 400 V, 50 Hz – energy-efficient IE3 motor

Agitator Shaft

• Solid, removable stainless steel agitator shaft with robust coupling
• Precisely balanced for smooth operation, even during continuous use

Mixing Technology

• Two 3-blade mixing propellers, Ø 138 mm
• Second propeller height-adjustable on the shaft
