The IBC pneumatic high-speed mixer for 1000-liter containers is the ideal solution for turbulent mixing of low-viscosity media in industrial applications. The powerful IBC container mixer impresses with its robust stainless steel construction, high mixing performance and maximum operational safety.

With a motor power of 0.67 kW and a speed of up to 3000 rpm, the mixer delivers consistent and reproducible mixing results. It is suitable for liquids with a viscosity of up to 600 mPas and a density of up to 1.2 kg/l.

The precisely balanced stainless steel 1.4404 agitator shaft ensures smooth and stable operation and is equipped with a shaft coupling. At the end of the shaft is a highly polished, one-piece 3-blade mixing propeller (Ø 138 mm), which ensures short mixing times and efficient flow within the IBC.

For safe handling and easy transportation, the high-speed mixer is equipped with a stainless steel forklift traverse made of material 1.4301. It features two forklift openings, two galvanized tension hooks for securing the mixer to the IBC, and side carrying handles.

Technical Features

The minimum motor speed required for smooth and stable operation is 600 min⁻¹. This results in a control range of approximately 5:1, depending on the specific application.

Oil-free operation is possible up to a maximum of 1500 min⁻¹. This requires dry and finely filtered compressed air.

Product-contacting material: Stainless steel 1.4404

The pneumatic high-speed mixer features a solid, removable agitator shaft with a sleeve coupling. The agitator shaft is balanced to ensure smooth and stable operation throughout the specified speed range.

Maximum shaft length: 900 mm

The drive is powered by a pneumatic motor with a shut-off valve for regulating the compressed air supply. Air consumption is approximately 3600 liters per minute at 6 bar.

The pneumatic high-speed mixer is designed for intermittent operation. Continuous operation is only possible with dehumidified and cooled air supply.

Agitator and Mixing Propeller

Agitator: 3-blade mixing propeller with a diameter of 125 mm, screwed onto the end of the agitator shaft.

The mixing propeller is made of cast stainless steel and is highly polished.
