Manufactured from corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, these high-performance mixing discs deliver reliable and consistent results in the production of paints, coatings, chemicals, adhesives, inks, resins, and other liquid-based products.

Designed with a central bore without side holes and featuring optimized tooth geometry, these stainless steel dissolver blades generate powerful shear forces for effective particle dispersion and uniform mixing. Their robust construction ensures long service life even in aggressive processing conditions.

Note: Standard industrial surface finish. Not suitable for direct food-contact applications.

Availability: Dissolver discs up to Ø 300 mm are generally available from stock. Larger diameters are manufactured with an approximate delivery time of 3 weeks.

Adjustable Mixing Propeller for Existing Stirrer Shafts

This 3-blade mixing propeller is designed for installation on existing stirrer shafts. The propeller is simply slid onto the shaft and can be positioned at the required height. Fastening is carried out using lateral grub screws.

The adjustable design allows the position of the stirrer propeller to be adapted to the requirements of the mixing application without replacing the existing stirrer shaft.

1.4404 Stainless Steel with Polished Surface

The mixing propeller is manufactured from 1.4404 stainless steel and features a polished surface. This material is widely used for demanding industrial applications and is particularly suitable where corrosion resistance and a high-quality surface finish are required.

Easy Installation with Lateral Grub Screws

The propeller is designed for sliding onto an existing stirrer shaft. No replacement of the complete shaft is required. Once positioned at the desired height, the propeller is secured using grub screws on the side.
