The IBC pneumatic high-speed mixer for 1000-liter containers is the ideal solution for turbulent mixing of low-viscosity media in industrial applications. The powerful IBC container mixer impresses with its robust stainless steel construction, high mixing performance and maximum operational safety.

With a motor power of 0.67 kW and a speed of up to 3000 rpm, the mixer delivers consistent and reproducible mixing results. It is suitable for liquids with a viscosity of up to 600 mPas and a density of up to 1.2 kg/l.

The precisely balanced stainless steel 1.4404 agitator shaft ensures smooth and stable operation and is equipped with a shaft coupling. At the end of the shaft is a highly polished, one-piece 3-blade mixing propeller (Ø 125 mm), which ensures short mixing times and efficient flow within the IBC.

For safe handling and easy transportation, the high-speed mixer is equipped with a stainless steel forklift traverse made of material 1.4301. It features two forklift openings, two galvanized tension hooks for securing the mixer to the IBC, and side carrying handles.
