The worm gear IBC container agitator for 1000-liter IBCs is designed for efficient mixing of medium to high-viscosity liquids in industrial applications. This robust IBC agitator is suitable for liquids with viscosities of up to 3000 mPas and a maximum density of 1.2 kg/l.

Equipped with a 1.1 kW electric motor and a reduced speed of 142 rpm, the agitator ensures gentle yet powerful mixing performance. The drive unit operates on 3-phase 400 V / 50 Hz (IE3) and meets modern energy efficiency requirements.

The motor and worm gear unit, manufactured by Getriebebau NORD, feature the latest aluminum housing technology and are filled with food-grade gear oil, making the agitator suitable for sensitive industrial environments.

The solid plug-in agitator shaft is mounted directly in the hollow shaft gear unit and is precisely balanced to ensure smooth, concentric operation across the entire speed range. All product-contact components are made of stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

At the end of the agitator shaft, a cup stirrer type IBC-BEC-600 (Ø 600 mm) is securely screwed in. The stirring arms can be dismantled without tools for fast and easy cleaning. No screws or threaded connections are located in the product area.

The agitator is designed to fit through container openings with a diameter of Ø 140 mm, making it compatible with standard 1000 L IBC containers.

For safe handling and transport, the agitator is equipped with a stainless steel forklift traverse (model 2023, AISI 304). The traverse includes two forklift openings, two tension hooks for secure fixation on the IBC, and four side handles.

A CEE plug switch mounted on the traverse features zero-voltage release, phase inverter, and integrated motor protection, ensuring maximum operational safety.
