The IBC high-speed mixer for 1000-liter containers is a reliable solution for turbulent mixing of low-viscosity liquids in industrial applications. This powerful IBC mixer agitator features a robust stainless steel design, high mixing performance and maximum operational safety.

With a motor power of 0.75 kW and a speed of 1420 rpm, the agitator ensures uniform and reproducible mixing results. It is suitable for liquids with a viscosity of up to 600 mPas and a maximum density of 1.2 kg/l.

The precisely balanced stirring shaft made of stainless steel 1.4404 ensures smooth and low-vibration operation across the entire speed range. An optional shaft coupling is available. At the end of the shaft, a high-gloss polished 3-blade mixing propeller (Ø 138 mm), manufactured from a single casting, provides short mixing times and efficient flow inside the IBC.

For safe handling and easy transport, the mixer is equipped with a robust stainless steel forklift traverse made of material 1.4301. It includes two forklift pockets, two galvanized clamping hooks for secure fixation on the IBC container, and side carrying handles.

An integrated plug-in switch with undervoltage release and motor protection ensures maximum safety for both the operator and the motor.
